With one simple cable connection USB-C or USB-A you plug into your laptop and this one single cable will give you local network / power (and will charge your laptop) / full 4k video to your room display screen which will wake up automatically and will change to the right input connection for you / video camera and audio will wake up and wait for you to start your video conferencing software on your laptop.
Start your video conferencing meeting with your chosen software.
After your meeting finishes unplug the USB-C or USB-A cable and the video camera and audio will shut down into stand-by and after 30min of no connection found the room display screen will turn off.
